ORDERING

If you see a particular exclusive tiara design from the photo gallery and would like one hand crafted then please order your tiara using the online shop. Please include your exact requirements including your choosen colour of crystals, which can be seen on the colour chart provided. Please also state if the tiara is to be gold/silver.

Other colours are available, please enquire via my email address with details, if you would like a particular colour not shown on the chart. If you would like any other additions or adjustments made to your tiara design then please enquire first.

Your order will take upto 4 weeks to handcraft which allows time to order materials. Please make sure you order your tiaras in time for the special day.

No two tiaras will be exactly the same due to being handcrafted which makes all our tiaras unique.

At present we are able to deliver within the UK and Ireland, but please do enquire if you live outside these areas. Postage outside these areas will vary depending on where you want the products to be delivered.

PAYMENT

We will require your payment in full before your order is despatched.

We are able to accept credit card/switch payments via Paypal from the online shop.

If you have a special request or an adjustment is needed to a particular design then a payment by cheque/postal order is accepted. These orders must be by email and sent to the address given, as prices may vary depending on what materials are used. A quote will be issued to you on enquiry. A payment address will be sent to you once your order has been confirmed.

DELIVERY - P&P

Prices of the tiaras do not include delivery charge.

United Kingdom Delivery Charge - £5.95 by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Your goods will need to be signed for on delivery. Please allow at least 3 days for delivery as sent by 2nd class post.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once goods have been despatched.

All tiaras that are posted will be packaged appropriately to avoid damage while in transit.
