REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact me with details. We will accept returns for repair or exchange only , upto 7 days after receipt of goods, which are at the manufacturers discretion. We will endeavour to repair or exchange your item within this time period.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any items due to them being handcrafted and the time involved in making your special tiara or accessories.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Please be aware when ordering more than one tiara design that they will not be exactly the same due to being handcrafted. All tiaras are made individually and every effort will be made to handcraft them as similar as possible.

• Tiaras are made with twisted wire and my have sharp edges in some places. Every effort is made to eliminate any sharp ends before your tiara is despatched.

• Please do not let a small child play with the tiaras due to small parts and wire used.
